I started porting my old game Minotaur to Unity in October and quickly learned I would have to remake the whole thing. It's now become Power Driller Massacre. It's going to take some time to reimplement all the features of previous games I've made but they will be coming. Keep in mind: this demo is essentially a prologue to the real game. The final game will have a different story, more characters & dialogue, puzzles, bigger world, etc. I hope you enjoy the demo. OTHER - I fixed the main character's hair a little bit. I was going for a Molly Ringwald style cut. I don't know how well that worked out with limited polygons. I did make it look a little better. Don't worry, the final game will have new characters and better models. What secrets await down below? /////////////////////////////////////////// POSSIBLE ISSUES Gamepads I haven't tested the game with the 'supported' controllers because I don't own them. Theoretically they should work (I got the mappings off the internet) but if somebody has the time to test them all please email me. That said, controls may be a little weird at the moment. If you're having trouble, mouse and keyboard will probably work best. Flashlight If you turn the flashlight on when facing a wall you'll go through it. I figure it's not a game breaker at this point because most people will keep the flashlight turned on for the entire game. I will be working on a fix. In the meantime, go crazy with speedruns ;) OSX Release The mac build of the game has not been tested at all since I don't have a Mac. Really sorry if it doesn't work. I'm looking into finding a Mac to test future releases on.
